3. Orders & Payment

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and your order confirmation email. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise noted.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

We may request photos or additional information to process replacements.

In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of refunds. Store credits have no cash value and may only be used on eligible products in the Lemonade Store.
