Thank you for shopping at the Lemonade Store. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 4-5 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product page (for example, limited drops, preorder items, or made-to-order items).

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

We will notify you if there are significant delays or if additional information is required.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • Domestic orders (inside your region): 3–10 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

These transit times begin after the order has shipped and do not include the initial fulfillment period described above.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control may affect delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and size of the order
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Some international shipments may have limited tracking visibility depending on the carrier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We work with trusted carriers, but once a package is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Please check with your carrier first

7. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfillment partners.

You will not be charged extra shipping if we split the shipment.

8. Preorders & Limited Drops

Some items may be:

  • Preordered
  • Made to order
  • Produced in limited quantities

Estimated shipping windows for these items will be listed on the product page.

Production or supply-chain delays may extend shipping times; we will share updates if delays occur.

9. International Customs

International orders may be subject to:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees

These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs.
