How do I place an order?

Just add your favorite items to the cart and check out. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 30-40 business days unless stated otherwise.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t ship internationally at this time. U.S. shipping only.

Will my order come in multiple shipments?

It might. Some items are fulfilled separately. You’ll only pay shipping once.

Tracking

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?

This can happen due to carrier delays. If it hasn’t updated for several days, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you investigate.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Usually not. Many products are limited runs. If it’s sold out, it’s likely gone for good.

Do product images match the real items?

We try our best, but colors and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing or screen differences.

Nope. The merch store is separate. Buying products here does not affect, change, or replace any Lemonade insurance policy.
